From the moment this track dropped it was living rent free in my head. I knew I had to arrange it for some ensemble or else I wouldn't be able to work on anything else. The obvious answer was marching band, which allowed me to transcribe Kendrick's verses for the battery percussion. At the time it was just a passion project, but now that the rights are official I'm going to be publishing my arrangement for purchase in the near future.

This arrangement came about as part of a contest held by Hal Leonard's Arrange Me platform. Having been a fan of Metallica since I was young, I had no problem deciding which song to go with and the piece came together rather quickly.
