A spiritual sequel
Previously I stated I would be revisiting the concept of a game soundtrack, and here is the culmination of that experiment. Journey Home follows a soldier trying to find somewhere to call home after a brutal war. Their journey takes a few twists and turns as they get involved in several ordeals before finally finding a place they can call home.
A Hero's Journey
The album Sound of the Game is a concept album for an fictitious video game. The soundtrack takes you through the plot of this game, following our hero as he arrives in a new kingdom and becomes embroiled in their increasing plight. I had a great deal of fun working on this project, imagining the story beats and writing alongside them. I'll probably revisit this concept sooner rather than later, but perhaps a different genre.
